On June 19, the water level of Liuzhou urban reach of Liujiang River in Guangxi soared. On the same day, affected by heavy rainfall in the upstream, Liuzhou Hydrological Station on Liujiang River exceeded the flood control warning water level by 0.1m, reaching 82.6m, and low-lying areas along the river in Liuzhou City, Guangxi, were flooded.
