HJ 664-2013 Technical Specification for Layout of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Points (Trial)
1. Installation environment
The installation environment should try to follow the requirements of the operating environment of the environmental monitoring system (including ambient temperature, ambient humidity, and ambient pressure). Try to avoid areas with mechanical vibration, strong electromagnetic radiation, too fast air (wind speed) flow, and too high ambient temperature and humidity. Too fast air flow rate will affect the detection response time and detection results, and too high ambient temperature and humidity will affect the detection results and sensor service life.
2. Installation position
In general, factors such as the diffusion space of the monitored gas, wind direction, ambient temperature, ambient humidity, the closeness of the monitoring area, and the distribution of process pressure and surrounding equipment should be considered. Priority shall be given to areas where personnel are on duty or often stay.
Installation guidance of online odor gas monitoring system
1、 Foundation embedment, construction with embedded parts
1. The middle frame of the floor cage is a square 21cm * 21cm, 51cm high, and the distance between the hooks outside the bottom is 31cm, as shown in Figure 1. The embedded construction size is not less than 50cm * 50cm, and the depth is 40-43cm.
2. Align the horizontal position and place the embedded parts in a proper direction, with one front facing south. When pouring the embedded parts, be careful not to pour the concrete into the threading pipe or on the embedded part stud. The position of the embedded parts in the soil pit shall be correct, not skewed, and the embedded parts shall be fixed to prevent the position of the embedded parts from changing when pouring concrete. As shown in Figure 2.
3. Wiring, reasonable wiring in advance according to the order requirements, including power lines. If wiring is required, the threading pipe shall be placed first before pouring concrete, which is usually PVC plastic pipe, and the diameter shall be determined according to the size of power supply cable. The threading pipe shall be 5cm higher than the reserved hole in the center of the embedded part, and the other end shall be connected to the corresponding equipment.
