1. Accept Terms

By accepting this agreement and clicking the "Agree" button to complete the registration, you have reached an agreement with Beijing Zizaiton Chuanshang Technology Co., Ltd. and accepted all the service terms, including any modification made by Zizaiton Chuanshang to the user agreement at any time, and become her financial user (hereinafter referred to as "the user").
1.2 Beijing Zizaichuanshang Technology Co., Ltd. uses its own service system to provide users with technical services related to virtual community information services through the Internet, in addition to equipment related to relevant network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile networks) And the required fees (such as the telephone fees and internet access fees paid for accessing the Internet, and the mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.
2. Usage rules
2.1 Users are responsible for providing detailed and accurate personal data to Zishang when applying for using the network services provided by Zishang in Sichuan. In case of any change in personal data, it is responsible for timely updating and ensuring the validity and legality of updated data. Zi Zaishi shall not bear any responsibility for any registration data of any user, including but not limited to identifying and verifying the legality, authenticity, correctness, integrity, applicability and/or the latest data of any registration data.
2.2 After the user is successfully registered, Zizai will give each user a user account and corresponding password, which will be kept by the user; Users shall be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted with their user accounts.
2.3 Users must follow the following principles when using her financial network services:
2.3.1 Abide by relevant Chinese laws and regulations, and shall not infringe on the personal and property rights and interests of others in any way;

2.3.3 Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

2.3.5 Don't use it to transmit any harassing, slandering, abusive, threatening, vulgar and obscene or any other illegal information in the Sichuan Internet Service System; Or any opposition to the basic principles set forth in the Constitution; Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity; Damage to national honor and interests; Inciting national hatred, national discrimination and undermining national unity; Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and feudal superstition; Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability; Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime; Insult or slander others and infringe upon their legal rights; It contains false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, infringing on others' privacy, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgarity, indecency, or other morally objectionable content; Including other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally effective norms; Or contain any other information that Kizusai thinks is not suitable for her financial presentation.
2.3.6 Do not make use of the sub network service system in Sichuan to conduct any behavior that is not conducive to the sub network service system in Sichuan;
2.3.7 Without the written consent of Zigong in Sichuan, you cannot use Zigong's various services in Sichuan to sell or conduct other commercial acts on her financial management or related websites.
If the user violates the above agreement, Zigong will investigate its legal liability in Sichuan according to law, and Zigong has the right to recover any loss caused to Zigong in Sichuan.
3. Service Revision
3.1 Zaishi reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the service at any time without notifying the user. The user accepts the right of Subbranch to modify, interrupt or terminate the service in Sichuan, and Subbranch does not have to bear any responsibility to the user or the third party.
4. Privacy protection
4.1 Respect for users' personal privacy is a basic principle of Zizaitong. Therefore, as a supplement to the agreement on personal registration data in Article 2.1 above, Zizaiton will not disclose, edit or disclose the user's registration data and the non-public content stored in Zizaiton's various services in Sichuan, unless Zizaiton believes in good faith that the disclosure of such information is necessary under the following circumstances:
4.1.1 Comply with relevant laws and regulations, including providing the information content and release time, Internet address or domain name of the user on her financial management website when the relevant national authorities inquire.
4.1.2 Follow her financial product service procedures.
4.1.3 Maintain and maintain the trademark ownership and other legal rights and interests in Sichuan.
4.1.4 Try to maintain the privacy and security of users and the public in an emergency.
4.1.5 Under the provisions of Article 11 or other circumstances deemed necessary by Kawasaki.
The user hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to use its registration data and other non-public content in Chuanshang under the above circumstances, and authorizes Zishang to send business information to its email address.
5. User's account, password and security
5.1 Once the user has successfully registered, he or she will get a password and account. If the user does not keep his/her account and password properly and causes damage to himself/herself, his/her son in Sichuan or a third party, the user will take full responsibility, and son in Sichuan will not take any responsibility for this. In addition, each user is fully responsible for all activities and events in his/her account. Users can change their passwords and icons at any time, or they can end the old account and reopen a new account. The user agrees to inform Chuanshang immediately if any illegal use of user account or security vulnerability is found.
5.2 The user clearly agrees that the use of the mail service is at the user's own risk. Service provision is based on free. Zizaishi expressly states that it will not provide any type of guarantee, whether explicit or implicit, except for the implied guarantee for commercial purposes, the appropriate guarantee for specific purposes and not violating the provisions. In Sichuan, Zizai does not guarantee that the service will meet the user's requirements, that the service will not be interrupted or terminated, and that the timeliness, security, and error of the service will not be guaranteed. Zi Zaishi refuses to provide any guarantee, including whether the information can be transmitted accurately, timely and smoothly. The user understands and accepts that it is up to the user to download or obtain any information and materials through the sub product service in Sichuan, and assumes all risks and responsibilities arising from any such information and materials as well as all risks and responsibilities of system damage or data loss. Zizaiton does not guarantee any commodity shopping service or transaction process obtained by users on the service network.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Zi is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special and subsequent damages in Sichuan. These damages come from:
6.1.1 Improper use of products and services.
6.1.2 Purchase goods or similar services online, conduct transactions online, illegally use services or change information transmitted by users.
6.2 The content published by the user in her financial management (including but not limited to the content in the current product functions of Zi in Sichuan) only shows his personal position and opinion, and does not represent Zi's position or opinion in Sichuan. As the publisher of the content, users shall be responsible for their published content. The publisher of the content shall bear all legal and joint liabilities for all disputes arising from the published content. Zi Zaishi does not bear any legal and joint liability for this.
6.3 If a user publishes content that infringes on other people's intellectual property rights and other civil rights or other legitimate rights and interests in her financial services, Zizai will have the right to take necessary measures or actions to delete such content and/or terminate the user's use of the account in accordance with the provisions of national laws and regulations or its service terms, and reserve the right to transfer it to the judicial authority for processing.
6.4 Zi Zaichuan does not guarantee the legality, accuracy and integrity of the external links set up for the convenience of users. At the same time, Zi Zaichuan does not assume any responsibility for the content of any web page pointed to by such external links that are not actually controlled by Zi Zaichuan.
6.5 With the permission of Zizai Chuanshang, users can add promotional materials or participate in advertising planning in their published information, and display their products on her free financial services. Users are fully aware of and confirm that any such promotion methods, including transportation of goods, payment, services, commercial conditions, guarantees and advertising related descriptions, only occur between the corresponding users and advertising vendors. Zi in Chuanshang does not bear any responsibility, and Zi in Chuanshang is not obliged to bear any part of the responsibility for such advertising sales or related commercial activities.
6.6 If Zigong has already indicated that its network service provision mode has changed and reminded the user of the matters that should be paid attention to, all consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required shall be borne by the user.
6.7 The user clearly agrees that the risk of using the sub network service in Sichuan will be entirely borne by itself; All consequences arising from its use of sub services in Sichuan shall also be borne by itself, and sub services in Sichuan shall not bear any responsibility to users.
6.8 Zishang does not guarantee that the network service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted or terminated, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.
6.9 The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of Zizai in Sichuan and other users, and cause losses to other users, Zizai in Sichuan or any other third party due to the illegal, untrue, illegitimate content of the user's login website, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, or the user's violation of relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this Agreement, The user agrees to bear all the liability for damages caused thereby, and Zizai will not bear any liability for this.
6.10 Her financial virtual community/website is based on user generated content. Zi will timely and effectively supervise the content and users in Sichuan, and has the right to delete any illegal users, illegal content or any information generated in violation of relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement. Any information, posts The user should bear the relevant responsibility for the loss of photos and other related content, and Zizai will not bear any responsibility for this.
6.11 The user's description of their own financial situation and the content of financial advice provided in her financial virtual community/website are only for reference, and Zizai Chuanshang/her financial virtual community/website does not bear any legal responsibility for various suggestions. If users think that their legitimate rights and interests have been infringed, they should contact Zizaiton in time and provide detailed evidence materials.
7. Storage and limitation of her financial virtual community information
7.1 Zizai is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of the information published by the user.
7.2 Zizaitong reserves the right to determine whether the user's behavior conforms to the requirements and spirit of the service terms of her financial virtual community. If the user violates the provisions of the service terms, his/her virtual community service account will be interrupted.
7.3 For all articles published by users in the community, Zi has the right to use, adapt, publish paper media and authorize third parties to reprint in Sichuan. Zi has the right to use the articles published by users on this website according to the business needs of the company without violating the laws and regulations, and does not need to obtain the user's consent again, unless the original works are attached with the user's copyright notice. Zizai does not need to pay any fees to users to exercise the above rights in Chuanshang. Any organization or individual who needs to reprint articles in the community must obtain the authorization of the original author or son in Chuanshang.
8. Termination of service
8.1 Zizai may terminate the service at any time according to the actual situation. Zizai may terminate the service at any time without being responsible to any individual or third party. If the user objects to any suggestion of service terms or has objection to the subsequent modification of terms, or is dissatisfied with the service in Sichuan, the user may face the following situations:
8.1.1 No longer use sub services in Sichuan.
8.1.2 End the user's qualification to use sub services in Sichuan.
8.1.3 The notice stops the user's service in Chuanshang.
After the end of the user service, the user's right to use the sub service in Sichuan will be suspended immediately. Since then, Zizai has no obligation to users.
9. Service of notice
9.1 All notices of users in Sichuan can be sent through webpage announcement, email, system notice, active contact of website administrator account, private message, mobile phone message or regular mail transmission; Such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date of sending.
10. Ownership of content
10.1 The definition of content includes: text, software, voice, photos, videos, charts; All contents in the advertisement; All contents of e-mail; Business information provided by her financial management virtual community service for users. All these contents are protected by copyright, trademark and other property ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use such content with the authorization of Subaru and advertisers, and cannot copy and recreate such content or create derivative products related to such content without authorization.
10.2 The registered trademark, logo, product and service name of her financial management (hereinafter referred to as "her financial management logo") are all owned and fully exercised by Zizi in Sichuan. Without Zizi's prior written consent in Sichuan, the user agrees not to display, use or otherwise deal with her financial management marks in any way, or indicates that the user has the right to display, use or otherwise deal with her financial management marks, otherwise Zizi reserves the right to pursue legal liability in Sichuan.
11. Jurisdiction
11.1 The user and Zi in Sichuan agree that disputes arising from this agreement and the use of Zi's services in Sichuan shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission for settlement through simple arbitration procedures. If any service terms conflict with the law, these terms will be reinterpreted as close as possible, while other terms will maintain legal effect and impact on users.
12. Information storage and security of services contained in her financial management pass
12.1 Zizai will try her best to maintain the security and convenience of all services on her financial management pass in Chuanshang, but will not bear any responsibility for information deletion or storage failure in the service. In addition, we reserve the right to determine whether the user's behavior conforms to the requirements of the service terms in Sichuan. If the user violates the provisions of the service terms of the pass, his/her pass account will be suspended or terminated.
13. Adolescent users
13.1 It is specially reminded that young users must abide by the National Convention on Youth Network Civilization: they should be good at online learning and not browse bad information; Be honest and friendly in communication, and do not insult or cheat others; We should enhance the awareness of self-care, and not casually date online friends; It is necessary to maintain network security and not destroy network order; It should be beneficial to physical and mental health and not indulge in virtual space and time.
14. Others
14.1 In Sichuan, the user is required to comply with specific conditions and terms when registering in Sichuan and accepting relevant services provided by the user according to the characteristics of the service content provided by the user; In case of any inconsistency between these conditions and terms and the above service terms, these conditions and terms shall prevail.
14.2 Any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for whatever reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
14.3 Any problems arising from the implementation of this agreement will be settled through friendly negotiation between the website and users.
14.4 Zi's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement in Chuanshang does not constitute a waiver of the above rights or provisions.
14.5 The user has understood the borderless nature of the Internet, agrees to abide by all local laws and regulations on online behavior and content, and specifically agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations on the transmission of information exported from China or the user's country or region.
14.6 Zizaitong has the right of final interpretation of this agreement.
