On May 13, www.taiwan.com.cn, according to Taiwan's "Zhongtian News Network", it was reported that Tsai Ing wen would "pardon" Chen Shuibian before leaving office, but there were different opinions within the Green Camp. Even Lin Choushui, the former Democratic Progressive Party representative, and You Yinglong, the chairman of Taiwan's "Public Opinion Foundation", raised their opinions on this matter.

In this regard, Ke Zhien, the representative of the Chinese Kuomintang, said on the island's internal affairs program that Chen Shuibian had been "released on parole" for 38 times. Whether to return to the island or not, the people in the island have slowly forgotten, so Cai Yingwen chose this opportunity to operate. But this operation does not need the Chinese Kuomintang to scold, and there are many voices inside the green camp.
