As early as 2019, the Taiwan related collegial panel of Jiaxing Intermediate People's Court was officially inaugurated, which is the first professional collegial panel for Taiwan related cases in Zhejiang Province. In 2020 and 2022, Jiaxing Intermediate People's Court trained and hired two groups of specially invited mediators of 13 Taiwanese nationals, making the organizational structure of the Taiwan related collegial panel increasingly perfect and further promoting the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwanese nationals and Taiwanese businessmen.
As more and more Taiwanese and Taiwanese businessmen come to Jiaxing to seek development, the demand for justice is growing.
