The ceramic masters on both sides of the Taiwan Straits join friends with each other

On May 23, www.taiwan.com.cn, recently, accompanied by relevant personnel, Taiwan ceramist Mr. Lin Zhenlong and his wife paid a special visit to Mr. Xu Xiutang, a national master of arts and crafts.

Mr. Lin Zhenlong is a famous Taiwan ceramist. From May 18 to June 18, the innovative works exhibition of Shili · Taosheng - Taiwan ceramist Lin Zhenlong was held in Yixing Ceramic Museum. A total of 34 innovative works by Mr. Lin Zhenlong are displayed in the exhibition, which enables the audience to appreciate the beauty of Shi Yun Tao's feelings, but also to think more about the relationship between human beings and nature, understand the true meaning and value of life, and stimulate the cherish and pursuit of a better life.

Mr. Xu Xiutang is a national master of arts and crafts, and a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage projects. His works have won many awards in exhibitions at home and abroad, and have been collected by the Metropolitan Museum of the United States, the British Museum of Victoria and the British Museum, the Royal Museum of Belgium, the Beijing Palace Museum, the Nanjing Museum, and the Shanghai Museum in China. He has also compiled and published more than 10 purple clay monographs, including Yixing Zisha Treasure, China Zisha, Gu Jingzhou, a purple clay magnate, Xu Xiutang on purple clay, and Yixing Traditional Zisha Crafts, which have a profound impact on the development of purple clay art.

Adherence, persistence and tenacity to art became the common topic of the two ceramic masters. Through a series of exchanges, the tireless pursuit and innovation of artistic creation made the two artists on both sides of the Taiwan Straits appreciate each other and have a good talk.
