On May 21, www.taiwan.com.cn, Song Lu Xiuzhi, chairman of the Women's Association of the Ziguan District Farmers' Association in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and a delegation of 27 people recently visited Tianjin to experience the high-quality development achievements of Tianjin's agriculture.
The delegation inspected the production workshops and testing rooms of two key agricultural enterprises in Baodi District, Tianjin Qiande Food Co., Ltd. and Delicacy Plus (Tianjin) Food Co., Ltd., and held talks and exchanges around pickles and other products. In the environment-friendly greenhouse of Minsheng Planting and Breeding Professional Cooperative, Taiwan compatriots took photos, picked and tasted tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables, and experienced the fun in the field. The visiting delegation also visited the Phalaenopsis Base in Zhangjiawo Town, Xiqing District, and the Shanshui Orchid Orchid Orchid Ecological Manor, to learn about the growth, cultivation, irrigation and maintenance of hundreds of thousands of varieties of Phalaenopsis in the base greenhouses, and immersively experience the rural characteristic "agricultural cultural tourism" industrial projects such as camping tents, fruit and vegetable picking in the ecological manor.
At the Tianjin Taiwan Agricultural Exchange Symposium on "Agricultural Conditions of Agricultural Products", the participants held a warm discussion on agricultural industry technology, featured products, cooperation intentions, and other aspects, and expressed their hope to carry out agricultural exchanges and cooperation in a broader range, enhance mutual friendship, and promote the spiritual affinity of compatriots on both sides.
