On April 28, www.taiwan.com.cn, recently, the series of activities of South Fujian Cultural Silk Road Tour - "Erythrina City in Blossoms" - Fujian Taiwan Green Lion Culture Exhibition was held at the Confucian Temple Square in Quanzhou.

On the same day, 20 green lions from Fujian and Taiwan collectively appeared in the ancient city of Quanzhou to carry out marching and fixed-point performances. Starting from the Pangong Pass of the Confucian Temple, they passed through Jinyu Lane, Zhenfu Lane, Kuixia Lane, Tongzheng Lane and Yuxi Lane along Zhongshan Road, and finally arrived at the Bell Tower of West Street. Along the way, they sent blessings to merchants and residents. Everywhere the team went, residents warmly welcomed them and prayed for "blessing lions" Bless.

It is reported that this activity is a supporting activity of the 2024 Fujian Cultural Tourism Economic Development Conference. Hong Wending, the second generation successor of Taiwan's "Lion Head Monk", who participated in the event, said that his ancestors came from Quanzhou Prefecture, and the two places of Quanzhou and Taiwan shared the same family of lions. Coming to Quanzhou is like returning home.
