Changzhou launched "1+X" legal physical examination public service for Taiwan funded enterprises

On April 26, www.taiwan.com.cn, a few days ago, the Changzhou Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, in conjunction with the Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Municipal Lawyers Association, and the Municipal Taiwan Association, launched the "1+X" rule of law physical examination public service for Taiwan funded enterprises across the city. More than 80 people, including the heads of the Taiwan Affairs Offices in all municipalities under their jurisdiction, all members of the municipal Taiwan related legal service group, and directors and supervisors of the Municipal Taiwan Affairs Association, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Dai Xuchu, vice president of Changzhou Lawyers Association and member of the municipal Taiwan related legal service group, introduced the specific contents of the "1+X" legal medical examination. "1" refers to completing a round of professional legal physical examination to help enterprises prevent legal risks, find weak links and establish an early warning mechanism. "X" refers to the simultaneous launch of diversified legal services, such as laws, regulations and policy propaganda, "one-on-one" legal consultation, legal enterprise docking meeting, case sharing meeting, etc., focusing on enterprise compliance management, intellectual property protection, etc., based on legal medical examination, closely following the actual needs of enterprises.

Yang Tong, the director of the Lawyer Work Department of Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, and Wang Hao, the director of the Taiwan Business Service Department of the Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, respectively emphasized and explained the precautions for lawyers to participate in the rule of law physical examination and the schedule of the rule of law physical examination.

Jiao Benqing, the president of Changzhou Taiwan Association, thanked Changzhou Taiwan related Legal Service Group for adhering to public service for Taiwan enterprises and Taiwan businessmen for more than ten years, and called on Taiwan enterprises to actively participate in this legal examination, continue to optimize the legal management system of enterprises, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.

Hang Yun, deputy director of the Changzhou Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, pointed out that the Taiwan Affairs Offices at all levels and the municipal Taiwan related legal service teams in the city should fully understand the significance of this public service, continue to explore and innovate, actively explore more "rule of law physical examination+" comprehensive supporting services, and make new contributions to improving the level of Changzhou's Taiwan related legal services and creating a better Taiwan related development environment.
