At the end of 2023, Hunan Dawang Food Co., Ltd. of Wangwang Group submitted an application to the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee for the establishment of a company lawyer pilot. After investigation, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee believes that Hunan Dawang Food Co., Ltd. has always attached great importance to law-abiding operation, and its legal team building and legal risk prevention and control are among the forefront of Taiwan funded enterprises in the city. After research, it decided to recommend Hunan Dawang Food Co., Ltd. to the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Justice as the first Taiwan funded enterprise in the city to set up a company lawyer pilot.
Hunan Dawang Food Co., Ltd. has successfully become the first Taiwan funded enterprise in the province to set up a trial company lawyer after the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Justice reported to the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice for approval in accordance with laws and regulations. Two company lawyers have obtained company lawyer work permits issued by the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice. According to the introduction, the company's lawyers can effectively improve the legal operation and management level of Taiwan funded enterprises by participating in enterprise system construction, decision-making demonstration, handling legal affairs, resolving conflicts and disputes, and carrying out publicity on law popularization.
