The "Implementation Opinions" is divided into four parts with a total of 52 articles, covering the employment, entrepreneurship, learning and life of Taiwan compatriots in Liaoning.
It is reported that the "Implementation Opinion" has three characteristics: first, it reflects "equal treatment". Support Taiwan funded enterprises to participate in government procurement and infrastructure construction, and eligible Taiwan funded enterprises can enjoy preferential policies such as land tax; The second is to share the dividend of Liaoning's reform and opening up. Encourage Taiwan funded enterprises and Taiwan compatriots to participate in the economic and social development of Liaoning, support Taiwan funded enterprises to implement industrial transformation and upgrading and technological transformation, and enjoy equal preferential policies and treatment; Third, it has satisfied the demands of Taiwan compatriots on production and life facilitation, such as providing sufficient policy support on hot issues such as housing provident fund, application for motor vehicle driver's license, and children's enrollment.
