On May 13, the Taiwan Straits News Guide reporter Yu Jianping recently, Xiamen Huazhi Vocational Education Industrial Park has officially landed in Haicang, which will be built into a demonstration site of vocational education complex in Haicang District.
The project is located in the Lingang New City area of Haicang District, northwest of the intersection of Maqing Road and Fuquan West Road, with a total investment of about 110 million yuan. The plot has 3 buildings with 18 floors, 19 floors and 4 floors, with a land area of 30738.57 ㎡ and a total building area of 91486.47 ㎡. It is reported that the industrial park plans to set up a secondary vocational education school, with a scale of more than 5000 full-time students. It is estimated that nearly 3000 various technical and skilled talents can be delivered to the local area every year. At the same time, the park is expected to train 30000 to 50000 students every year with the help of test and training programs and a number of education and training institutions to be set up in the industrial park. The project will be completed in July this year and start school in September.
President Liu of the vocational education school in the park introduced that the industrial park will train technical talents for enterprises in Haicang District and Xiamen City. In addition to training full-time technicians, it will also carry out pre job skills training and certification, improve the professional ability of on-the-job employees, provide enterprises with qualified employees, and solve the problem of difficult employment and shortage of skilled workers.
