The 2024 Dapeng Bay Cup Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Regatta took place in Nan’ao, Dapeng New Area on June 15, Nearly 100 teenage sailors from Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Macao competed in the Yueliang Bay area.
The Shenzhen Park of Hetao Shenzhen Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone launched the second event under the theme “Twin-City Cooperation, Sci-Tech Interaction” on June 12.
Marco Morea of Italy had his wish of racing a dragon boat on the sea fulfilled at Yeliang Bay in Nan’ao on June 7 and 8. He also watched a spectacular performance featuring a traditional fishermen’s wedding ceremony, recognized as a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage after the race.
