The theme of national defense education on the National Defense Education Day 2020 (September 19) is "striving for a new era and the dream of building a strong military". At the approaching of the "National Defense Education Day", the Luohu Youth League Committee, together with the Luohu District Veterans Affairs Bureau (Shuangyong Office), the District Education Bureau and other six units, held a lively and rich youth defense education practice activity in Wutong Primary School.
The activity centered on the theme of "learning from heroes and being ambitious" and held the "meeting and story meeting of heroes participating in the war". The event invited the heroes to come to the scene to tell the students about their own combat experience, such as "reconnaissance behind the enemy", and also organized to watch the "love our national defense" youth theme manuscript exhibition and the People's Liberation Army defense equipment model exhibition.
