1、 The factory promises that the products will be guaranteed free of charge for all quality problems arising naturally within two years. 1. For the problems caused by our company, the factory will repair and replace the products for free. 2. When repairing the product with quality problems, the customer should show the purchase contract or product warranty card to prove that the product is within the warranty period. 3. If the parts of the repaired product need to be re produced due to special reasons, our factory will guarantee to complete the maintenance of the product within 6 working days.
2、 The following conditions occurring during the warranty period will not be covered by the free warranty. 1. The color and material differences of similar products produced in different periods belong to normal production conditions, and our factory will only explain them and will not do any responsibility handling. 2. The following problems will not be included in the free warranty: (1) Quality problems caused by natural factors (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.) that are not human resistance.
