Three dimensional spiral rotor with thermal expansion compensation: A three-dimensional rotor with the air temperature difference between the suction side and the exhaust side to compensate the thermal deformation distribution is adopted. The high-precision spiral rotor is coated with a new resin coating to ensure high durability.

Long life shaft: advanced analysis technology and lubricating oil theory are applied to material, precision, lubricating oil type, cleanliness, nozzle shape, etc., which can extend the service life of bearings.

High reliability shaft seal: labyrinth spiral seal structure with good sealing effect is set on the bearing side.

Laminated structure air filter: two non-woven fabrics with 3D structure chemical fiber are used to capture dust stereoscopically through lamination.

Energy saving control: Good energy saving and carbon dioxide emission reduction effect can be achieved by controlling power in many ways.

By using APC to control the terminal pressure, the pressure setting value of the compressor is automatically controlled to keep the terminal pressure of industrial equipment stable. Reduce useless high pressure operation to achieve better energy-saving effect.

The PSC precision control pressure is adopted, that is, the unloading pressure (upper limit pressure) is reduced according to the load rate of the compressor, and the excess air pressure is reduced to achieve energy saving.

Adopt ASS Automatic stop/start: if the pressure of industrial equipment rises to the preset pressure, and the no-load state lasts above the set time, the compressor will automatically stop. If the pressure of industrial equipment drops to the set pressure, the compressor will start automatically to reduce useless power.
