Operating principle of oil-free scroll air compressor
The vortex type air compressor is to achieve the purpose of air flow compression by forming a continuous reduction of the compression chamber from the outside to the inside through the mutual movement of paired 180 degree staggered spirals.
1. Inhale air through the intake outside the fixed vortex.
2. The air enclosed in the compression chamber will shrink the compression chamber through rotary movement and compress towards the center.
3. After the disc rotates, the volume of the compression chamber in the center becomes smaller, and the compressed air is squeezed outward through the central exhaust port.
4.1-3 (suction compression exhaust) movement repeated.

Product features :
-
Imported from Belgium with full original packaging
-
The air system is free of oil/carbon pollution and has a long service life
-
When working, the dynamic and static vortex discs do not contact, and there is no friction loss. The efficiency is not used casually, and the time decreases
-
No need to replace lubricating oil and oil filter, no oil leakage and waste liquid disposal problems
-
Atlas Copco special control system, intelligent control
