Today, we will talk about the selection mechanism for the second round exam in Shaanxi Wendu Graduate School Entrance Examination. Let's have a look!
01 Difference retest
The difference retest means that the number of participants in the retest is greater than the number of students enrolled. For example, the number of students enrolled in a major is 10, and the number of qualified candidates for the retest is 15, with a difference of 5. This means that 5 out of 15 people will eventually be eliminated, and the difference rate is 1:1.5. The difference rate of some popular majors may reach 1:2 or even higher.
02 Double blind system
On the day of the second interview, candidates need to draw numbers to decide which venue to enter for the interview; Tutors who participate in the interview also need to draw numbers on the spot to decide which examination room to go to. In this way, the interview parties are randomly combined to ensure fairness and impartiality as much as possible and make the second interview open and transparent.
However, many colleges and universities basically do not adopt the double blind system. It is possible that the examinee admitted by the tutor has never seen him in the second interview!
03 Extraction system
The enrollment unit will designate a batch of interview questions in advance. After the candidates enter the examination room, the on-site questions will be drawn from these prepared questions and answered on the spot. This is the same as the double blind system. On the basis of the openness and fairness of the two factors, the tutor and the examinee, the questions are also randomly selected, so as to avoid the occurrence of missed questions and unfair retests as far as possible.
04 One vote veto system
In 2007, the national postgraduate enrollment increased the weight of the reexamination, and the weight of the reexamination score in the total score increased to 30% - 50%. The education department said that even though the examinee scored very high in the preliminary examination of the postgraduate entrance examination, if the result in the re examination organized by the enrollment unit did not meet the requirements, the examinee would be rejected by one vote.
Although there are many admission mechanisms during the second round exam, students should remember that, no matter what mechanism, the top ranking is the king!
