1、 Review the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of Suzhou R&D Institutions and relevant measures
（1） We agree in principle with the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of R&D Institutions in Suzhou and relevant measures (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Opinions). The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will make further improvement according to the discussion opinions of this meeting, and then do the follow-up work according to the procedures.
（2） The formulation of the Implementation Opinions of our city is conducive to further promoting research institutes (institutes), innovation centers, laboratories and other research and development institutions to focus on technological innovation and enabling industries, promoting the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, continuously improving independent innovation ability and core competitiveness, and better serving the high-quality development of Suzhou's economy and society. All departments around the country should attach great importance to it, strengthen organizational leadership, and build a number of national influential R&D institutions as soon as possible.

（2） Promoting the trade in of old cars, household appliances and other consumer goods in our city is an important measure to implement the deployment of the Central Economic Work Conference and the fourth meeting of the Central Finance and Economic Commission, to expand domestic demand in a coordinated manner, deepen supply side structural reform, and promote high-quality development, which is conducive to promoting the consumption of cars, household appliances and other bulk commodities in our city, Drive the manufacturing, production and application of relevant equipment in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and unblock the resource recycling chain in our city.
