According to the requirements of the Notice of the Municipal Government Office on Carrying out the Comprehensive and Centralized Cleaning up of the City's Regulations and Administrative Normative Documents (SFB [2022] No. 247), if the superior documents involved in the administrative normative documents are modified, abolished or declared invalid, the formulation organ shall timely clean up. The Measures of Suzhou Municipality on the Proportional Arrangement of Employment for the Disabled was issued in 1997, which can no longer fully meet the actual needs of our city on the proportional arrangement of employment for the disabled. The provincial government issued and implemented the Measures of Jiangsu Province on the Proportional Arrangement of Employment for the Disabled in April 2023 (Provincial Government Order No. 172), so it is proposed to repeal the Measures of Suzhou Municipality on the Proportional Arrangement of Employment for the Disabled.
