Announcement on Publicly Soliciting Opinions on Abolishing the Notice of Suzhou Municipal People's Government Office on Printing and Distributing Suzhou City Appearance Standards

The Notice of Suzhou Municipal People's Government Office on Printing and Distributing the Urban Appearance Standards of Suzhou (SFB [2007] No. 234) has played an important role in improving the urban appearance management level since its implementation on February 1, 2008. Because the main provisions of this document are duplicated in content with the current Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation of Jiangsu Province, the Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation of Suzhou City, and the City Appearance Standards of Jiangsu Province, some provisions even contradict the current laws and regulations. Therefore, our bureau plans to apply to the municipal government for abolishing the administrative normative document of the Notice of Suzhou Municipal People's Government Office on Printing and Distributing Suzhou City Appearance Standards (SFB [2007] No. 234).

According to relevant requirements, we are now asking for public opinions on the abolition of the Notice of Suzhou Municipal People's Government Office on Printing and Distributing Suzhou City Appearance Standards (SFB [2007] No. 234).
