Announcement on Publicly Soliciting Opinions and Suggestions on the Decision on Promoting Reading for All and Promoting the Construction of a Bookish Society (Draft for Comments)

The Decision on Promoting the Reading of the Whole People and Promoting the Construction of a Scholarly Society (hereinafter referred to as the Decision) is an official project of the legislative plan of Suzhou Municipal People's Government in 2024. After initial consultation, research and demonstration, and concentrated revision, the Decision (Draft for Comments) was formed. In order to practice people's democracy throughout the process, further expand the orderly participation of the public in legislation and improve the quality of legislation, the full text of the Decision (Draft for Comments) is now published for comments from all sectors of society.

The consultation period is from January 5 to February 4, 2023.
