The responsible persons of relevant departments and sectors responded to the enterprise's demands on the spot.
Wu Qingwen listened carefully to the records, communicated with the person in charge of the enterprise from time to time, and thanked the enterprise for its valuable suggestions. He said that the government enterprise symposium is an important way to smooth the communication between government and enterprises, which helps to align the demands of enterprises in a timely manner and help solve practical problems. After the meeting, the opinions and suggestions should be summarized and sorted out in a timely manner, and those that can be solved immediately should be handled immediately, and those that cannot be solved temporarily should be accelerated to ensure the formation of a closed-loop mechanism.
Wu Qingwen pointed out that as a strategic emerging industry, integrated circuit is currently facing various risks and challenges. The government will persevere in creating a world-class business environment, strive to achieve "the lowest comprehensive cost", and work with enterprises to overcome difficulties and forge ahead. In terms of talents, the government and enterprises should make two-way efforts to attract talents and retain talents. Relevant departments should provide targeted service guidance for talent supporting policies and help enterprises to do well in policy declaration; In R&D, encourage and support enterprises to increase R&D investment and forge core competitiveness; In terms of market, we should help enterprises expand scenario applications, organize various industry docking activities, and help enterprises expand the market and grab orders; In terms of funds, it is necessary to amplify the leverage of various funds, strengthen the docking of government guided funds, and strengthen the implementation of policies.
