Therefore, the focus is on three types of inefficient land: industrial quality and efficiency improvement, residential environment improvement, and ancient city protection and renewal. Therefore, in view of the production demand of the project, the relevant departments locked in a total of 48.54 mu of "unused" inefficient land at the junction of the two enterprises, and magnified the utilization benefits of "1+1>2" by renewing the stock. Behind the industrial space "addition and subtraction method" of land transfer, the relationship is complicated and the process is numerous. Under the mode of "surplus land division and transfer+state-owned asset repurchase+consolidated parcel", the project successfully promoted the inefficient land grafting transfer of the two enterprises to Kunshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Investment Development Co., Ltd. to realize the "warehousing" of land again. At the beginning of this year, the project was also selected as one of the top ten advanced typical cases of land saving mode (technology) in Jiangsu Province in 2024.

Suzhou not only has the construction of pilot projects in Huangqiao Street, Xiangcheng District, Leyu Town, Zhangjiagang City, and Zhangpu Town, Kunshan City, but also comprehensively launched the province's first county pilot for comprehensive land consolidation in Wujiang District, promoting efficient resource allocation and activating new momentum for land use.

According to the data, in the first comprehensive land improvement pilot project in Huangqiao Street filed by the Ministry of Natural Resources, fragmented agricultural land and industrial land were re integrated, among which agricultural land gradually became centralized and connected, with 205 mu of new cultivated land; 6000 mu of industrial land originally scattered has been integrated into 3500 mu of pure industrial land.
