In order to further implement the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Transport and the State Postal Administration on Carrying out the Special Pilot Work of Strengthening the Postal Service through Transportation, recently, Jilin Provincial Postal Administration, together with Changchun Postal Administration, formed a research team to go deep into Fanjiatun, Gongzhuling City, and specifically investigate the special pilot work of strengthening the postal service through transportation.

In accordance with the requirements of the Reply on the First Batch of Special Pilot Tasks for the Transport Powered Postal Service issued by the State Postal Administration, the research team conducted a field survey on the progress of the construction of Changchun Fanjiatun Express Hub, and held a symposium to further refine the pilot tasks and clarify the stage goals and schedule. Changchun Fanjiatun Express Hub has built a production and operation site with a total area of 203000 square meters. In the future, three regional headquarters projects, including Zhongtong Express Northeast Intelligent E-commerce Industrial Park, Shentong Gongzhuling Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park, and Yunda Jilin Express E-commerce Headquarters Base, will jointly support the operation of the hub node.

The research team emphasized that first, it is necessary to focus on the development strategy of "one main and six double" and the construction of "464" industrial pattern in Jilin Province, and strive to build a national postal express hub city. The second is to implement the project of improving the capacity of express hubs, create a modern hub with reasonable layout, intelligence and efficiency, and cultivate hub clusters that radiate across the country and reach the world. The third is to promote the overall planning and construction of express hub, national logistics hub and comprehensive transportation hub, focus on promoting the radiation function of Changchun central city, and promote the establishment of regional express logistics hub core. Fourth, it is necessary to promote the deep coordination between the postal industry and e-commerce, significantly improve the level of integrated development with manufacturing and modern agriculture, and extend services to specialization and high-end value chain.

Jilin Bureau said that in the next step, it will actively promote the implementation of the pilot tasks, strengthen guidance, supervision and assessment, establish and improve the implementation and promotion mechanism of the task, the link mechanism between the pilot tasks and the annual work tasks, and ensure that the goals and tasks determined by the special pilot projects are completed on schedule. Promote the establishment of a regional delivery cooperation system, basically form a modern express logistics service network system of "smooth channels, reasonable layout, perfect facilities, integration and linkage, intelligent green, convenient and efficient, open and shared", and make new and greater contributions to writing a new chapter of accelerating the construction of a transportation power postal service.
