Interpreting the Eight Policies to Promote Economy, Benefit People and Help Enterprises
On the 19th, the News Office of Lhasa Municipal Government held a press conference, and the leaders of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and other units interpreted the eight policies of Lhasa on promoting economy, benefiting people and helping enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the "eight policies") and answered the questions of the reporters.
According to reports, since this year, all levels and departments of Lhasa have been focusing on being the "seven pioneers", vigorously implementing the "ecological city, cultural city, industrial city, rule by law, stable city", and striving to promote the smooth operation of economic and social development. In order to effectively promote the improvement of people's livelihood, facilitate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and promote the continuous recovery of the economy through the linkage between government and enterprises, Lhasa has formulated and issued the Eight Policies on the basis of in-depth research.
The Eight Policies will be implemented from June 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, with the focus on promoting the growth of the three industries, from the production side to the demand side, Eight 23 subsidy policies were formulated around "promoting the healthy development of agriculture, promoting stable industrial production, issuing commodity consumption vouchers, effectively improving housing demand, focusing on expanding automobile consumption, tapping the potential of household consumption, supporting the development of global tourism, and cultivating and strengthening market players".
At the press conference, Jiang Xiaole, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Lhasa Development and Reform Commission, interpreted the 22nd subsidy led by the Lhasa Development and Reform Commission, "a one-time reward of 100000 yuan will be given to newly added service enterprises above designated size, and a subsidy of 50% of the actual amount will be given to newly added service enterprises for production and operation". She said that in order to improve the security and effectiveness of the use of subsidy funds, the Lhasa Development and Reform Commission, based on practical research, formulated the Implementation Rules for Rewards and Loan Interest Subsidies for Newly Added Service Enterprises in Lhasa, which was published on the WeChat official account of the Lhasa Development and Reform Commission on June 14. During the policy implementation period, service enterprises that have successfully entered the warehouse in a monthly or annual manner can apply for a one-time incentive subsidy. Service enterprises above the designated size that have newly entered the warehouse and successfully handled production and operation loans can apply for an interest subsidy based on 50% of the actual amount of the loan interest incurred in 2024.
