The temperature drops by 4-6 ℃ after the rain and snow weather in the above places; There are 6-7 northerly gusts in Naqu, Shigatse, Lhasa and Shannan.
The meteorological department suggested that the rainfall intensity in the eastern part of the region is high, and secondary disasters such as landslides, debris flows, avalanches, etc. that may be caused by local heavy rainfall should be prevented. It is necessary to prevent the adverse impact of the snowy weather on road traffic, power, communication facilities, etc., and strengthen the inspection, troubleshooting and disaster prevention of potential disaster points along the Sichuan Tibet Railway.
