1. The broadband account opening fee is 200 yuan. China Telecom provides one optical cat and one set-top box. 6. Package starting fee:
(1) The first 100MB is charged at 0.03 yuan/MB. When 100MB (3 yuan) is reached, 924MB of traffic (3 yuan/1GB) will be given to the user; When the traffic exceeds 1GB, the above principle will still be followed (that is, every 1GB will be charged at 3 yuan/GB). 7. Effective rules:
