35 Insulating partition
I 35 Overview of insulation barrier:
The insulating baffle, also called insulating baffle, shall generally have high insulation performance The live parts of 35kV and below are directly contacted and act as temporary barriers. The insulating barrier can also be placed between the moving and static contacts of the opened knife switch to prevent the power transmission by mistake after the knife switch falls down automatically. When assembling and disassembling insulating diaphragms, keep a certain distance from live parts (in accordance with the requirements of safety regulations), or use insulating tools for assembly and disassembly.
II 35 Technical parameters of insulation diaphragm:
Thickness: 10mm
Color: yellow
Material: epoxy resin
Surface power frequency withstand voltage: 60KV
Power frequency withstand voltage: 80KV
Purpose: insulating flat plate used to isolate live parts and limit the movement range of workers.
2、 Test requirements
Two kinds of tests are required for insulating diaphragms:
(1) Power frequency withstand voltage test
Rated voltage: 6-10KV 35KV
Power frequency withstand voltage: 30KV 80KV
Duration: 1min 1min
Test method: first lay wet cloth or metal foil on the top and bottom of the insulating barrier to be tested, except for the upper and lower edges To avoid discharge along the surface, cover all areas of the sample, install metal plates above and below it, and then pressurize the test according to the provisions in Table 7. During the test, the sample should not have flashover and breakdown. After the test, each part of the sample should be free of burns and heat.
(2) Surface power frequency withstand voltage test
Rated voltage: 6-35KV
Power frequency withstand voltage: 60KV
Duration: 1min
Experimental method: Use a metal plate as an electrode. The length of the metal plate is 70mm, 30mm wide, 300mm apart between the two electrodes. Apply a power frequency voltage of 60kV between the two electrodes for 1min. No flashover or breakdown shall occur during the test. After the test, all parts of the sample shall be free from burns and heating.
