3、 Test
one Surface power frequency withstand voltage test
The metal plate is used as the electrode. The length of the metal plate is 70mm, the width is 30mm, and the distance between the two electrodes is 300mm. Apply a power frequency voltage of 60kV between the two electrodes for 1min. No flashover or breakdown shall occur during the test. After the test, all parts of the sample shall be free from burns and heating.

During the test, wet cloth or metal foil shall be laid on the top and bottom of the insulation barrier to be tested first. Except that the upper and lower edges shall have a distance of about 200 mm to avoid discharge along the surface, all areas of the test object shall be covered, and metal plates shall be installed on the top and bottom of the test object, and then the pressure test shall be carried out according to the provisions in Table 7. During the test, the test object shall not have flashover and breakdown. After the test, all parts of the test object shall be free of burns No heating.
