4、 Use method and precautions of grounding wire
（ one ）First, select the matching grounding flexible copper wire according to the voltage level of the grounding bar, and make sure that the configuration is correct;
（ two ）Then check whether the appearance of the grounding rod and the grounding flexible copper wire is damaged, if not, start to assemble the grounding wire;
（ three ）First, remove the screw on the grounding rod, firmly connect the terminal block (generally red, yellow and green) on the grounding flexible copper wire with the grounding clamp with screws and ensure that they are tightened. The three grounding rods are installed in the same way. After installation, connect the grounding terminal. The grounding wire is generally connected in two ways: phase opening and phase opening, and phase closing one The split phase type requires three grounding flexible copper wires to be connected to the grounding terminal. Form a complete set of grounding wires.
（ four ）When using the short circuit grounding wire: connect the grounding terminal first, and then hang the grounding terminal (grounding rod) after the connection is firm; When removing the grounding wire, the grounding terminal (grounding rod) must be removed first and then the grounding terminal according to the procedure.

A. Installation of grounding wire: go through the work permit procedure.
Preparation before pole climbing:
1) Dress requirements: wear work clothes, insulated shoes, work gloves and safety helmet;
2) Check whether personal tools are qualified;
3) Check the line name, pole number and whether the line is powered off;
4) Check whether the rod body and rod root are firm and free from cracks;
Ground grounding of grounding wire: the grounding nail shall be driven into the soil, and the depth shall not be less than 0.6m Or the grounding clamp shall hold the grounding terminal firmly, and then the grounding terminal of the grounding wire shall be reliably connected with the grounding rod.
B. Power inspection by climbing the pole: climb the pole to a proper position and fasten the safety belt. Check first Electroscope , Confirmation Electroscope It is intact, and then the line shall be tested phase by phase.
C. Grounding wire hanging on the pole: after the line is verified to be free of voltage through the ground, the operator shall immediately hang the grounding wire at the electricity inspection place. After all three phases of the line are grounded, the operator shall evacuate the tower.
D. Remove the grounding wire:
Carefully check the line name and pole number.
Check and confirm that all personnel on the pole are down, there is no * * foreign matter on the pole, and the line status meets the power transmission conditions.
The operator climbs the pole to the proper position and fastens the safety belt.
Remove the grounding wire on the line, fasten it with a lifting rope, and then lift the rod down.
After all the grounding wires of the upper pole are removed, the operators of the upper pole shall evacuate the tower.
Remove the grounding terminal of the grounding wire, pull out the grounding rod, and clean the work site.
Precautions: electric shock, unreliable grounding, failure to check the grounding or use of unqualified electroscope will cause dangerous accidents. The warranty period is one year under normal use of grounding wire.
（ six ）Maintenance and custody:
Before each use, carefully check whether the grounding wire is in good condition. The soft plastic copper wire should be free of exposure, breakage, and nuts should not be loose. Attention shall be paid to cleaning and sanitary work to prevent sediment and dirt from entering the pores of the product, thus affecting the normal use of the grounding wire.
