Its function is to allow gas to pass through and stop and suffocate the flame. It is applicable to the safety protection device in the transportation process of combustible gas in petrochemical, chemical, light industry and other industries. The breathable cap produced by Shanghai Yonglong is manufactured by rigorous fire resistance theoretical design and precision special mechanical equipment. The flame retardant core is composed of two layers of ultra-thin stainless steel strips, one of which is pressed into wave N shape, and the other plane steel strip is tightly wound around the center of the circle. So as to form numerous end faces, it is a small triangle straight flow channel, and the medium passes through the triangle narrow channel, through which the flame arrester can prevent the flame from spreading in the pipeline. Its principle is "wall effect", that is, the collision between the flame and the wall carries out energy conversion and reduces the temperature. Based on this principle, the height of the triangular hole is designed to prevent the flame from passing through, and the length of the flow channel is sufficient to absorb the heat of the flame, so that it can be extinguished in the core, avoiding the possibility of the gas being re ignited at the other end of the core.
