Overview of flame retardant breathable cap:
FZT-1 flame retardant vent cap, also known as venting flame arrester, is a fire protection device at the end of the vent pipe of oil storage tank and combustible gas/liquid spherical tank, which is vertically installed on the top of the oil tank to ensure the balance of pressure inside and outside the tank, ensure the fire safety of the tank body and the gas station, and also play the role of suction and exhaust during the feeding/discharging.
FZT-1 stainless steel flame retardant vent cap is made of 304 stainless steel cap. The valve body and flame retardant core parts are made of stainless steel cold sheet pressed with uniform corrugation. They are corrosion resistant and can meet the needs of oil storage and ventilation. It can also be used in weak corrosive media and installed at the end of the pipeline to vent. It is a fire safety device used to prevent the flame spread of combustible gas and liquid and prevent accidents caused by backfire.

3、 Repair and maintenance of stainless steel flame retardant vent cap:
The air permeability of the corrugated plate of the stainless steel fire retardant vent cap shall be checked frequently to ensure good fire retardant and air permeability. During maintenance, unscrew the screw on the upper cover of the vent cap, loosen the screw fixing the flame retardant core, take out the flame retardant core, check whether the flame retardant core is blocked, deformed or rusted, and immediately clean or replace the flame retardant core, which shall be checked once a quarter.
