The shell of SCZ50-A fire retardant vent cap is aluminum alloy. The fire retardant core is rolled with stainless steel corrugated plate, and the cap is 304 stainless steel, which meets the technical requirements of SY/T0512-1996. When the oil tank material expands or enters the oil tank, it exhausts outward through the corrugated plate of the fire retardant core. When the oil tank discharges oil inward and outward, it inspires air into the tank, preventing and eliminating all fire sources from passing through the tank to ensure the safety of the oil tank.

Repair and maintenance of flame retardant vent cap:
Check the air permeability of the flame retardant corrugated plate in the vent cap frequently to ensure good flame retardant and air permeability of the vent cap. During maintenance, unscrew the upper cover screw of the vent cap, loosen the screw fixing the flame retardant core, take out the flame retardant core, check whether the flame retardant core is blocked, deformed or rusted, clean or replace the flame retardant core immediately, and check twice a month.
