Overview of automatic exhaust valve:
11AV stainless steel automatic exhaust valve The manufacturing process of Armstrong 11AV exhaust valve and Taiwan DSC automatic exhaust valve is the same. It is designed according to the principle of specific gravity of air and water. When water enters the exhaust valve, the floating ball will float and the exhaust air will close the valve seat. Yonglong has added a filtering device and a dust-proof cap in the design to prevent impurities and dust from entering the valve body and affecting the sealing of the floating ball. Applications include hot water heating system, water supply line, water storage tank, centrifugal pump, gas pipeline, solvent filter and equipment of casing pot, distillation tank, vulcanization tank and casing sterilizer.
Working principle of floating ball exhaust valve:
When the system is full of water, the gas in the water will escape and gather high due to the temperature and pressure changes. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the float ball will fall and drive the valve rod to move downward. The valve opening will open and the gas will be discharged continuously. When the gas pressure is lower than the system pressure, the float rises to drive the valve stem to move upward, and the valve port is closed. The automatic exhaust valve is operating in such a continuous cycle!
Automatic exhaust valve application:
The automatic water blocking exhaust valve is used to discharge various gases in the storage tank and pipeline of hot water heating system, cold water pipeline and other chemical liquids, and prevent the liquid from overflowing out to automatically discharge various gases. Its floating ball control design enables the exhaust valve to continuously and automatically adapt to the change of gas flow rate and pressure. All internal parts, including floating ball, lever, valve seat, etc., are 304 stainless steel. The standard exhaust hole diameter is 1/6 ", which is suitable for PN16 working pressure environment. The medium temperature is - 10~400 ℃, and the connection method is thread: DN15, DN20, DN25.
Installation of automatic exhaust valve:
1. It must be installed vertically, that is, it must ensure that the internal floating ball is in a vertical state, so as not to affect the exhaust;
2. When installing, try to install it together with the ball valve, so that when the exhaust valve needs to be removed for maintenance, the system can be sealed and water will not flow out;
3. Generally, it is installed in the pipeline part where the system is easy to collect gas, such as the high point of the system and the end of a section of pipeline, which is conducive to smooth exhaust.
