QDY421F-40C hydraulic liquid ammonia emergency shut-off valve is normally closed, which adopts a high inlet and low outlet structure and is used together with the hand oil pump. The emergency shut-off valve is opened by reciprocating the hand oil pump handle to increase the pressure, so that the medium can pass through. In case of other emergencies, the relief valve of the hand oil pump is opened, and the pressure of the oil pressure system is released quickly, so that the emergency shut-off valve is closed immediately. The internal structure is arranged to melt when the external temperature rises to ≥ 80 ℃, block the gas pipe, and the valve is depressurized and closed for safety protection.
