Purpose of station manual oil pump:
SB-03 is used together with emergency shut-off valves (gas emergency shut-off valve, hydraulic emergency shut-off valve, liquid ammonia emergency shut-off valve) for the station. It is suitable for large storage tanks or tank cars in the liquefied petroleum gas storage and distribution station to supply pressure oil source for emergency shut-off valves when they are open under working conditions. The performance of this pump can be used to control the opening or closing of emergency shut-off valves.
Operating principle and structure description of hand oil pump:
1. The manual oil pump reciprocates through the handle to increase the pressure to press the emergency shut-off valve, and the medium can pass through. In case of fire or other emergencies, open the pressure relief valve of the manual oil pump. The oil pressure system quickly depressurizes to make the emergency shut-off valve close immediately, or when the temperature rises to above 75 ℃, the fusible plug installed on the oil pump or emergency shut-off valve immediately melts to achieve the purpose of automatic pressure relief and make the emergency shut-off valve close quickly.
2. The main structure of the hand oil pump is composed of the plunger for pressure oil suction, the oil inlet valve, the oil outlet valve and the pressure relief valve. The sealing space formed by the plunger and the oil inlet valve is the working chamber of the oil pump. When the plunger moves upward, the volume of the working chamber changes from small to large. Since the pressure in the chamber is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the oil inlet valve opens, and the oil enters the working chamber through the oil filter screen. When the plunger moves downward, the volume of the working chamber changes from large to small, the oil pressure in the working chamber increases, and the oil outlet valve is opened to discharge the pressure oil into the oil circuit system for the opening of the emergency cut-off valve. The pressure relief valve is set for pressure relief of the pressure oil pipeline system. The pressure relief valve shall be closed during operation, and the pressure relief valve shall be opened when the oil pipeline system needs pressure relief, that is, the emergency cut-off valve shall be closed.
3. The oil tank of the pump is in the outer casing cavity of the pump. Open the oil filling plug of the upper cover when filling oil. If the oil tank volume is not enough, it can be connected to the auxiliary oil tank.

Precautions for use of hand oil pump:
1. It is strictly prohibited to hit the oil pump with the handle when lying on the ground before the manual oil pump is installed. If it is hit with the handle empty, it will cause the oil pump to enter the air and not out of the oil. Before using the oil pump for the first time, remove the internal and external grease from the hexagon thread on the cover, otherwise the air will be blocked.
2. When the oil pump is used, it must be filled with transformer oil or 2 # spindle oil. It is strictly prohibited to use machine lubricating oil and high concentration machine oil as oil. The oil used for the oil pump must be thin, otherwise the oil pump will be blocked and cannot produce oil.
3. The oil pump must be filtered with a filter screen when refueling, and no dirt can enter the pump body. The oil pump must be regularly maintained and cleaned.
4. The operating pressure of the oil pump shall not exceed 5.0MPa. If the pressure increases due to the high oil temperature, the pressure shall be relieved to the normal operating pressure to avoid hidden dangers to the safe use of the shut-off valve.
