The actuator of the hydraulic liquid ammonia emergency cut-off valve is equipped with a high-temperature fusible plug automatic cut-off device. When the ambient temperature reaches 70 ± 5 ℃, the fusible alloy is softened and dissolved, the cylinder oil pressure is relieved from the pressure outlet, and the valve is quickly closed, playing the role of fire prevention.

Liquid ammonia electric emergency cut-off valve is operated by AC 220V electric signal control switch, angular travel actuator, explosion-proof grade: (explosion-proof grade: Exd Ⅱ BT4, CT5), connection form: flange, thread, welding, with manual handwheel device, which can be manually switched when there is no power supply. The electric liquid ammonia emergency cut-off valve is interlocked with the SIS system of safety instrument, fire alarm system, gas leakage detector or the electric box control cabinet remotely controls the opening and closing actions.
