Pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve, also known as pneumatic V-type ball valve, pneumatic flow regulating valve and pneumatic pressure regulating valve, is composed of V-type ball valve, actuator and positioner. The positioner is used to control the opening of the air source pressure regulating valve and control the flow and pressure of the pipeline. Wedge shear action is generated between V-notch and valve seat, which is applicable to the regulation and control of media containing fibrous slurry and suspended particles.
The connection platform of pneumatic V type ball valve adopts ISO5211 design, and the driving device is easy to install. The product is relatively small, which is convenient for installation and rapid maintenance. There are many connection methods, which can be used more widely. The connection methods include flange, thread, butt welding, socket welding, and clamp, which are suitable for different working conditions. Flange type has a variety of standards to choose from: national standard design standard: GB/T 12237, American standard design standard: API 6D/608, German standard design standard: DIN 3357, Japanese standard design standard: BS5351. All valve seat seals and packing seals are made of Daikin PTFE and carbon fiber materials.

Pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve can select valve seat seal according to application conditions, service temperature and service medium: all metal valve seat, RPTFE，PTFE,PEEK。 PEEK valve seat can be used for high temperature gas. PEEK has high pressure and high temperature resistance characteristics. The graphite valve stem is sealed, reaching the safety mark of fire rating API607.
