Pneumatic ball valve consists of angle travel pneumatic actuator and ball valves of different materials through mechanical connection to form a pneumatic valve. The pneumatic ball valve can be equipped with a travel limit switch, a solenoid valve, a pressure reducing valve and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source to realize the switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. The unique advantage of the single acting type is that once the power source fails, the pneumatic switch ball valve will automatically be in the open or closed position according to the requirements of the control system.
The pneumatic ball valve is composed of a pneumatic piston actuator and a ball valve. The pressure of compressed air drives the actuator to rotate and drive the valve rod to switch. The pneumatic ball valve can be installed at any position in the pipeline. It can be closed tightly only by using the pneumatic actuator to rotate 90 degrees with the air source and a small rotating torque. The completely equal inner cavity of the valve body provides a straight flow passage with little resistance for the medium.

4. The switch is fast and convenient. As long as the valve rod rotates 90 °, the ball valve will complete the full open or full close action, which is easy to realize fast opening and closing.
5. The opening and closing of the ball valve is only 90 ° rotation, so it is easy to realize automatic control and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with pneumatic actuator and electric actuator.
