Manufacturing process and inspection process of shut-off valve
Manufacturing process of shut-off valve: the blank is manufactured step by step from casting factory - incoming manual inspection - surfacing groove - ultrasonic flaw detection - surfacing and post welding heat treatment - finishing - grinding sealing surface - hardness inspection and dye penetrant inspection of sealing surface. The seemingly simple shut-off valve is actually not that easy to manufacture?
Manufacturing process of shut-off valve
1. Internal parts such as valve disc and valve seat requiring surfacing of sealing surface
Yonglong valve raw material procurement (as per the standard) - incoming inspection - production of blanks (round steel or forgings, castings, processed as per the process requirements of the drawing) - rough machining of ultrasonic flaw detection surface (when required by the sample drawing) - rough machining of surfacing groove - surfacing and post welding heat treatment - finishing of all parts - grinding of sealing surface - hardness inspection of sealing surface - dye penetrant inspection.
2. Stem
Shanghai Yonglong Valve Factory raw material procurement (as per the standard) - incoming inspection (as per the standard) - making blank (round steel or forging, processed as per the process requirements of the drawing) - rough machining of weld overlay groove - surfacing and post welding heat treatment - finishing of all parts - grinding of outer circle - surface treatment of valve rod (nitriding, quenching, chemical coating) - polishing, Grinding, etc. - grinding sealing surface - hardness inspection of sealing surface - dye penetrant inspection.
3. Procedures such as internal parts without surfacing of sealing surface
Shanghai Yonglong raw material procurement (as per the standard) - incoming inspection (as per the standard) - making blank (round steel or forging, processed as per the process requirements of the drawing) - rough machining of ultrasonic flaw detection surface (when required by the sample drawing) and fine machining of various parts.
Obtain fasteners, seals - cleaning, cleaning - rough assembly (as per drawing standards) - hydrostatic test (valve body pressure test, seal pressure test) - pneumatic test (valve seat sealing test) - after passing - carry out water stain purging - wiping - valve body painting process - actuator and electronic parts assembly - various commissioning inspections.
Inspection process of shut-off valve
1. Raw materials of various specifications of spare parts and seals purchased by the company.
2. The spectral analyzer shall be used to test the raw materials, and the raw material test report shall be printed for backup.
3. Cut and lathe raw materials with blanking machine.
4. The inspector inspects the cutting diameter and length of raw materials.
5. Workshop craftsmen shape raw materials.
6. Inspectors shall inspect various dimensions of the formed blanks.
7. The workers are cutting the waste edge of the blank valve body.
8. The sander shall sand blast the surface of the blank.
9. Inspectors conduct surface treatment inspection after sand blasting.
10. The workers carry out blank machining.
11. Valve body sealing thread processing --- the employees conduct processing self inspection and the inspectors conduct post processing inspection on the products.
12. Valve body connection thread processing.
13. Middle hole machining.
14. The inspector conducts the general inspection.
15. The qualified semi-finished products are sent to the semi-finished products warehouse.
16. Semi finished products shall be plated.
17. Inspection of electroplating surface treatment of semi-finished products.
18. Inspection of various accessories (ball, valve rod, sealing valve seat).
19. Product assembly in the general assembly workshop - the assembly line inspectors inspect the products.
20. The assembled products will go through pressure test and drying to the next process.
21. Product packaging in the general assembly workshop ---- the packaging line inspector inspects the tightness, appearance and torque of the product. Unqualified products are never allowed to be packed.
22. Qualified products are packed in bags and sent to the finished product warehouse.
23. All inspection records will be classified and stored in the computer for inquiry at any time.
24. Qualified products shall be packed in wooden cases for shipment.
