1. Internal parts such as valve disc and valve seat requiring surfacing of sealing surface

9. Inspectors conduct surface treatment inspection after sand blasting.

11. Valve body sealing thread processing --- the employees conduct processing self inspection and the inspectors conduct post processing inspection on the products.

20. The assembled products will go through pressure test and drying to the next process.
21. Product packaging in the general assembly workshop ---- the packaging line inspector inspects the tightness, appearance and torque of the product. Unqualified products are never allowed to be packed.
22. Qualified products are packed in bags and sent to the finished product warehouse.
23. All inspection records will be classified and stored in the computer for inquiry at any time.
24. Qualified products shall be packed in wooden cases for shipment.
