Common sense of shut-off valve: selection of pneumatic shut-off valve and types of accessories

During the use of the pneumatic cut-off valve (full name: pneumatic emergency cut-off valve), it is usually necessary to configure some auxiliary accessories to improve the performance of the pneumatic cut-off valve or improve the efficiency of the cut-off valve. Type of pneumatic shut-off valve accessories:

1. Double acting pneumatic actuator: two position control for valve opening and closing. (Double acting)

2. Spring return actuator: when the circuit and gas circuit are cut off or fail, the valve will automatically open or close. (Single acting)

3. Single electric solenoid valve: the valve is opened or closed when power is supplied, and closed or opened when power is cut off (explosion-proof type is available).

4. Dual electric control solenoid valve: the valve is opened when one coil is powered on and closed when the other coil is powered on, with memory function (explosion-proof type is available).

5. Limit switch annunciator: remote transmission of valve switch position signal (explosion-proof type).

6. Electric locator: adjust and control the medium flow of the valve according to the current signal (standard 4~20mA) (explosion-proof type).

7. Pneumatic positioner: adjust and control the medium flow of the valve according to the size of the air pressure signal (standard 0.02~0.1MPa).

8. Electrical converter: convert the current signal into the air pressure signal, and use it together with the pneumatic positioner (explosion-proof type).

9. Air source treatment triplet: including air pressure reducing valve, filter and oil mist device, which can stabilize and clean the air source and lubricate moving parts.

10. Manual operating mechanism: the automatic control can be operated manually under abnormal conditions.
