PNEUMATIC SHUTOFF VALVE uses the cylinder as the power to realize the switching function, which is mainly used for opening and closing in the gas liquid flow control system. In structure, there is no difference between the valve body of the pneumatic on-off valve and that of the electric on-off valve. The pneumatic on-off valve is sent by the control air pressure in the air path (pipe) to the operating cylinder in the valve to drive the piston to move and drive the valve core to change the valve position of the valve body; The electric on-off valve drives the valve core to change the valve position of the valve body through the left and right rotation of the motor.
Pneumatic on-off valve It is composed of single acting or double acting actuators and (ball valve, globe valve, gate valve, butterfly valve). Pneumatic actuators are divided into double acting and single acting. Double acting pneumatic actuator: two position control for valve opening and closing. Single action pneumatic actuator (spring return type): when the air circuit is cut off or fails, the valve will open or close automatically. The opening and closing of valves are controlled by matching electronic components (solenoid valve coil, travel switch, air filter pressure reducing valve, muffler, manual device and connecting pipe connector) to control the switching of air supply pressure of air compressor.
