ZSHOY-25K pneumatic cut-off valve, also known as pneumatic emergency cut-off valve, is composed of O-type cut-off ball valve and pneumatic double acting actuator. The valve body adopts German full silica sol investment casting process, which has been solution annealed to ensure high performance and can withstand more strength pressure. Japan Daikin carbon fiber sealing material has more outstanding performance of wear resistance, pressure resistance and temperature resistance. The valve rod adopts a bottom mounted structure with reverse seal. The sealing force of the reverse seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure, so it can ensure the reliable sealing of the valve rod. American API 607 fire safety design (the elastic sealing valve seat is destroyed at high temperature, and the ball body directly contacts the metal valve seat, forming the second level of metal to metal seal), anti-static function: springs are set between the ball, valve stem and valve body, which can output the static electricity generated during the switching process. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, convenient operation, etc. It can be widely used in automatic regulation and remote control of industrial production processes such as petroleum, chemical industry, oil depot, storage tank, etc.

ZSHOY-40K pneumatic shut-off valve (PNEUMATIC SHUTOFF VALVE) adopts a floating ball full bore structure, which can effectively prevent differential pressure loss and reduce flow. The valve stem is installed inside the valve chamber, and the design of the blow proof valve stem increases the safety protection coefficient. The valve stem is made of 316 material, and the double "D" structure connects the ball and the operating mechanism. The valve stem and the ball are precisely matched, which has the characteristics of bearing heavy load. The unique butterfly elastic gasket design provides a movable loading type, so that the valve stem seal can be automatically adjusted to a balanced position to adapt to temperature changes and daily wear. The stem thrust bearing and thrust washer are primary seals, that is to say, reverse seals, which can reduce torque and prevent seizure. The adjustable V-shaped packing seal ring can produce multiple seals between the stem and the valve wall. The combined PTFE packing is composed of three to four rings, which has long service life, creep resistance and cold flow resistance.
