Introduction to PFA fluorine lined ball valve:
PFA fluorine lined ball valve adopts lining process for all the places where the medium in the valve body can reach. The lining material is PFA fluorine plastic, and the sealing seat is PTFE, which is suitable for various temperatures; Various strong corrosive gases/liquids under 100 ℃ and pressure below 1.6MPa. PFA adopts molding process and V-shaped PTFE packing combination to make the valve reach zero leakage; The ball and the valve stem are cast as a whole, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem punching out of the pressure part due to the pressure change, and fundamentally ensures the safety in use.

Fixed handle design

The handle seat and the operating rod adopt a split and fixed structure. The length of the operating rod can be adjusted according to the use and the fixed design of the operating rod can prevent falling off, and the structure is beautiful. The handle seat and positioning are designed by integral casting, which is convenient for installation, adjustment and positioning.

Torque is lighter than switch

The sealing pair structure adopts the central line sealing, which makes the sealing force on the left and right sides even. It breaks away from the traditional design structure and avoids all force bearing points acting on the valve body. When the ball is sealed, there will be no left and right displacement, thus reducing the torque.

Bearing positive and negative pressure of pipeline medium

The dovetail groove is processed in the inner cavity of the metal valve to enhance the adhesion between the valve body and fluoroplastics, so as to ensure that the valve can be used under the working conditions of micro negative pressure and full vacuum.

Design to reduce leakage points

The valve body adopts stuffing box design instead of the previous split structure to reduce leakage points.

ISO5211 platform design

The high platform of ball valve can adopt ISO5211 design, which is convenient for the installation of pneumatic and electric actuators.

Precautions for installation and use of fluorine lined valve:

● The plastic cover plate of the two end flange shall not be opened at will. Unless it is ready to be connected to the pipeline for installation, the PFA flange surface may be scratched or distorted due to temperature difference and foreign matters, which may affect the sealing. If the plastic cover plate is opened for inspection, the cover plate must be reset immediately after inspection to protect the PFA flange surface.

● When connecting with the pipeline, the gasket is no longer used.

● During the use of the pipeline system, if leakage occurs at a higher temperature, the system temperature should be reduced to room temperature first, then the cause should be found out, and the pipeline should be emptied and cleaned before maintenance or replacement.

● It is not allowed to do any high-temperature welding work on the fluorine lined ball valve to avoid permanent damage to the lining layer.

● During manual operation, it is not allowed to forcibly open or close the valve with the help of other levers.

● When installing the fluorine lined ball valve with directional requirements, pay attention to the flow direction of the medium along the arrow on the valve body, and ensure easy operation and maintenance.
