Fluorine lined ball valve is also called lining ball valve lining tetrafluoro ball valve. It adopts the method of inner lining fluoroplastic to insert the corrosion-resistant material F46 into the valve body, so as to ensure that the parts in contact with various strong corrosive media are fluoroplastic, separating the corrosive media from the valve body materials. As F46 plastic is relatively soft, the pressure it can bear is also limited. It is not recommended to use fluorine lined valves when the service pressure of pipeline medium is higher than PN1.6MPa,

Precautions:

1. The plastic cover plate at the flange cannot be removed at will unless it is ready for installation and connection with the pipeline to prevent the PTFE flange surface from being scratched or distorted due to temperature difference and foreign matters, which may affect the sealing.

2. When the corrosion resistant valve is connected with the pipeline, the gasket is no longer used, but when connecting with the flange surface of different materials (metal surface, etc.), the appropriate gasket is used to protect the fluorine lining surface.

3. It is not allowed to do any high-temperature welding work on fluorine lined valves and pipe fittings, so as to avoid damage to the lining layer, resulting in valve sealing deformation and leakage.
