Snap valve is mainly composed of two shut-off valves (shell, deflector, spring, male disc, main seal, main seal seat, screw, break bolt, gasket, nut, retaining pin, secondary seal, female disc). The main body of the shut-off valve is a one-way valve closed by spring force. Its breaking force comes from the breaking bolt of the equipment itself, without external force such as electricity and liquid. The shell is made of austenitic stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304), the sealing material is low temperature resistant polytetrafluoroethylene, lined with elastic stainless steel skeleton, and the sealing surface is grinded to meet the sealing requirements.

Working principle of liquid ammonia crane pipe pull off valve:
When the tank car is loaded and unloaded normally, the hose is in a loose and free state; When the tank car is disengaged and its interface enters the warning area, the hose is tensioned and gradually extended. When it exceeds the limit, it enters the breaking area, and the breaking bolt of the emergency breaking valve breaks instantly, realizing the separation of the device; After separation, one check valve is left on the pipeline of the oil platform, and the other is left on the hose to realize sealing under the action of the internal spring force. Note: after emergency pull off, the pump must be stopped quickly to remove the pipeline pressure; Do not squeeze the valve clack with external force before the pipeline is emptied, otherwise it will cause medium leakage and cause safety accidents, Pull off valve Before recovery, check whether the main seal and auxiliary seal are damaged. If damaged, remove the main seal seat to replace the main seal; Otherwise, only replace the breaking bolt. When resuming the operation, insert the guide part of the male disc trunnion into the guide hole of the female disc, manually press and open the check valve, align the lug seats of the break bolts on the two valve housings, put on new break bolts and tighten the nuts to complete the recovery work.
