Knife gate valve
Knife gate valve is an economical on-off valve. This product is widely used in papermaking, sewage treatment, mining, sugar manufacturing, chemical fiber and other departments. Its main features are:
1、 Knife gate valve, with ultra-thin design, beautiful and lightweight appearance, compact structure, easy to install and use;
2、 The knife gate valve seal seat adopts movable seal and O-ring pre tightening. The pre tightening force provided enables the seal seat to cling to the valve plate with good sealing performance, and has the self regulating function for the sealing face. It has the automatic compensation function for the wear of the seal pair in long-term use, which improves the service life. According to different applications, metal hard seal seats, or PTFE or EPDM soft seal seats can be provided;
3、 The bottom of the ram is designed with a knife shaped arc, which has a strong cutting force, especially suitable for the control of pulp and fiber containing media. The surface of the ram is plated with hard chromium after grinding, which has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance;
4、 The valve plate adopts PTFE point type guidance, with low friction, avoiding damage to the valve plate. The bottom of the port adopts smooth transition, which is not easy to accumulate slurry and slag, greatly reducing the use failure of the valve;
5、 According to different working conditions, V-shaped and triangular ports can be designed to meet various flow regulation requirements;
6、 The control unit of pneumatic actuator or electric actuator can be flexibly selected for the knife gate valve, which is applicable to the automatic control system of various industries.
