Introduction to Overflow Valve:
The built-in overflow valve is a medium flow rate overpressure safety relief device. Its (wafer excess flow valve WAFER EXCESS FLOW VALVE) is installed to ensure that when the fluid flows outside the storage tank, If the downstream of the pipeline breaks or leaks, it can timely cut off the flow direction. When the high-speed fluid is output from the storage tank, it will push the valve disc to the closed position. Each overflow valve (flow valve) has been designed with a specific closing flow rate in the factory Only fluids below this specific flow rate are allowed to pass through.

EXCESS FLOW CHECK VALVES is a valve that is opened when the pressure difference is normal. When the flow pressure rises, it will be closed due to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, and the valve (Excess Flow Check Valves) will be closed all the time as long as the pressure difference between the front and the back of the valve remains unbalanced. Obviously, unless the pressure of the storage tank is too low to maintain the closure of the excess flow valve, under normal circumstances, if the excess flow valve is properly installed and the size of the pipeline and pipe fittings is appropriate, when the downstream pipeline is exceptional, the excess flow check valves will automatically close.
 EXCESS FLOW CHECK VALVES
When the system needs to be repaired, the small flow hole on the valve cover will allow small flow to pass through, so as to balance the front and rear pressure of the valve and restore the open position of the overflow valve (flow limiting valve) for the next use. For the installation position of the overflow valve, please avoid that the device with limited flow is near the inlet and outlet pipelines, and the pipe fitting size cannot be lower than the size of the overflow valve (constant flow valve).
