Welded long shaft electric low temperature cut-off valve_butt welded long shaft electric low temperature cut-off valve adopts 304 stainless steel forged valve body, which is integrated with explosion-proof angular travel electric actuator, and uses 220V AC power supply as the driving source to realize opening and closing actions. In order to ensure the safety of the valve and the factory, the cryogenic cut-off valve adopts one-way sealing. The ball at the input end has a cavity self pressure relief structure, which makes the medium pressure in the valve cavity transfer to the input port, preventing the gasification from causing overpressure inside the valve and damaging the sealing performance of the cryogenic ball valve.
The stuffing box of the butt welded long shaft electric low temperature shut-off valve is not in direct contact with the low temperature section, but is located at the top of the long neck valve cover, so that the stuffing box is far away from the low temperature and operates at a temperature above 0 ℃. In this way, the sealing effect of the stuffing box is improved. In case of leakage, or when the low-temperature fluid directly contacts the packing and causes the sealing effect to decline, lubricating grease can be added from the middle of the packing box to form an oil seal layer to reduce the differential pressure of the packing box as an auxiliary sealing measure. The stuffing box adopts V-type RPTFE packing.
Since the transmission in the valve is low-temperature medium, in order to avoid or reduce the transmission of medium temperature to the filling materials of the valve stem and its upper end, and prevent these materials from freezing and failure, the drip plate structure can also be added in the low-temperature valve according to the special requirements of the user. The drip board shall be set outside the cold insulation layer to prevent the condensed water from dropping onto the cold insulation layer and the upper part of the valve body, protect the cold insulation layer and prevent the loss of cold energy.
